February 19, 2008: The chair is really fantastic- it just took a bit of adjusting and it fits me great. The seat pan is amazing - the gel is just great. The lumbar support is the best I've used, it really does not have that "lump" feeling. I think the thing that surprised me the most, though, was the overall build quality. I've never seen an office chair built this well - it makes the Aeron and other "high end" chairs look flimsy by comparison.
